 Introduction of Machine-made charcoal 

      Machine-made charcoal, also called charcoal core rods, artificial carbon, renewable carbon, and smoke-free clean carbon, is made through the technology of extrusion and carbonization of the crushed wood sawdust. It has kinds of the raw material, such as rice husks, peanut shells, corn stalks, sorghum rod, sawdust, wood chips, coconut shells, and so on.

     The charcoal machine is made up of a rod making machine and a carbonization furnace. If the raw material is large enough to be equipped with a pulverizer, the raw material can be equipped with a dryer if the moisture content is too large. The equipment is used to pulverize the raw material into a granular form within 6mm, drying or drying to make it contain moisture within 12%.
